Product Returns 

W
e want you to be satisfied with every purchase, and we will make every effort to resolve any problems you may have.
All new products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty and a 30-days refund (There is a 25% restocking fee on all opened/unopened items).

All returns must arrive in original packaging in resalable condition, with all original components included, or the package will be returned to you and no refund will be given.

Product Refunds

We will notify you via E-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of our error. Please allow up to 10 business day for your credit to be posted to your account.

Product Replacements If you are not satisfied, or your product doesn't function normally within the 15 day limit, you may return it for a replacement of the same, or a different item. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

We do not ship out the replacement until we receive the original order back. You may however, place another order for the item which will ship immediately, and Extreme Audio Outlet will credit your card once we receive the returned item.


Required Return Procedures: Before returning any item for any reason, you must e-mail or call EXTREME AUDIO OUTLET to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be written on the outside of the box. Items received without an RMA number printed clearly on the outside of the box will be refused.

You can e-mail us for an RMA number and return address instructions at SERVICE@extremeaudiooutlet.com

Please include your name, and the order number in your message. Any item returned can either be sent via US Mail or UPS Ground, but you MUST provide EXTREME AUDIO OUTLET with a tracking number via e-mail when returning your product.

Without a valid tracking number your return cannot be accepted for legal reasons. All items being returned must be in original, resalable condition with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s), etc. Items must be received by our warehouse within 10 business days of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions. If some of the packaging is missing, or you do not ship it back within 10 days, the package will be sent back and your 30 days guarantee will be forfeited. Please include the following information when returning an item: 1. Your RMA number (printed on outside of box) 2. A copy of your original invoice (inside of box) 3. A note stating if you would like a return for credit or replacement.
